Financial self-sufficiency required, no work permitted. No extensions or settlement path. Shorter courses (6 months or less) might be on a Visitor Visa.

STUDY VISAS
Other Family Visas encompass the Adult Dependent Relative Visa for those needing care, the Parent of Child Visa for joining British or settled children, and settlement options as a Bereaved Partner or Victim of Domestic Abuse. The latter two require a British, settled, or Pre-Settled sponsor. Compliance with Immigration Rules is vital due to outdated Home Office guidance. Successful applicants are free from partner visa restrictions. A Destitute Domestic Violence Concession provides three months of leave and specific benefits for abuse victims.
