Why do you need a Living Will?
Individuals may be morally or religiously opposed to receiving certain types of medical treatment. A Living Will allows you to refuse certain types of medical treatment, in the event that you are ill and do not have mental capacity to form a decision. A Living Will ensures that your decision is recorded, in advance of anything happening.

How long does it take to make a Living Will?
Creating a Living Will is an involved journey, which involves our Will Lawyers getting to know you, circumstances and your medical preferences. How much does a Living Will Cost?
